- 1.5 tablespoons fish sauce

- 1.5 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 chili peppers (thinly sliced)
- 1 full plate of basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons long beans (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons young corn (thinly sliced)
Step-by-step Instructions
1. Heat a pot and add 2 tablespoons of oil. When the oil is hot, add garlic and onion, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the long beans and young corn, and stir-fry for another 20 seconds or so.
2. Next, add the grouper fish. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
3. After that, add the chili peppers, oyster sauce, and fish sauce, and cook for about 2 more minutes.
4. Finally, you can turn off the heat. Add the basil leaves only after turning off the heat, and give it one final stir.
Now you have a delicious, spicy grouper fish curry with a light basil fragrance.
