For those who are tired of cooking chicken the same old way and want something new and delicious, here's a recipe for stir-frying chicken with broccoli to make it deliciously appetizing.

Take 280 grams of cleaned chicken thigh meat, cut it into small pieces, and put it in a bowl.

Into the bowl of chicken, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and a little white pepper powder, then mix well and marinate.

After mixing, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well again. Then put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Add oil to the wok, then add 5 slices of sliced ginger and 4 cloves of pounded garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add a cup of water and 180 grams of carrots cut into small pieces, cover with a lid, and let it cook for 5 minutes.

When the time is up, add the chicken that was kept in the refrigerator earlier. Add another 2 tablespoons of water, and once it comes to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, then stir well.

Once the chicken is tender, add 370 grams of broccoli and cover with a lid for about 45 seconds. The broccoli should be cut into large pieces rather than small ones. Stir well, and just before the broccoli becomes tender, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and stir thoroughly.

Once everything is tender, transfer it to a plate and try eating it with plain white rice. It's sure to make your rice delicious.
