Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cook the U.S. Potato Straight Cuts in the oven at 200°C for 3 minutes, or pan grill them on the stove for about 3 minutes until cooked. Then sprinkle a little salt over them.
2. Season the eggs and beat them well. Heat a pan on the stove and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, pour in the beaten eggs to spread evenly, then place the baked/grilled U.S. potato straight cuts on top and roll it up. Press firmly to make sure it's rolled tightly. If needed, you can use a sushi mat to press and roll it again. Once you've achieved the shape you want, set it aside for a moment. Then slice it as you like.
3. Cut the carrot into small squares, add seasoning to the minced chicken, and sauté with a little oil. You can add spring onion to make it more fragrant.
Plating and Garnishing
Drizzle a little tomato sauce on the plate and place the sliced egg roll on top. Top with the carrots and minced chicken, then garnish with cherry tomatoes and leaves before serving.
