Hello everyone. This time, I'd like to share a recipe for a wonderfully flavorful dish made by combining chicken and eggplant.
Ingredients
- Chicken 200 grams (cut into medium-sized pieces)
- Fermented soybean 2 tablespoons
- Green beans 4 tablespoons (thinly sliced)
- Red chili 3 pieces (thinly sliced)
- Water 2 tablespoons and milk 2 tablespoons

- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Eggplant 3 pieces (thinly sliced)
- Green peppercorns 4 tablespoons
- Holy basil leaves 3 sprigs and a small amount of kaffir lime leaves
- Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-step instructions
1. Heat the wok and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the fermented soybean and stir-fry in the oil for about 30 seconds.
2. Then add the chicken pieces and stir well until thoroughly mixed. While the chicken is still partially cooked, add the milk, water, fish sauce, and sugar, and stir everything together well.
After that, add the eggplant, green beans, red chili, and green peppercorns, and stir-fry together.
3. After stirring for about one to two minutes, add the kaffir lime leaves and holy basil leaves, and stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked.
Once the chicken is cooked through and the eggplant has softened, remove from the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
And there you have it — a delicious chicken and eggplant dish, ready to enjoy.
