- Pork 150 grams (thinly sliced)
- Bean sprouts 200 grams
- Garlic 3 cloves (thinly sliced)

- Coriander seeds 10 seeds
- Chinese coriander (cilantro) 2 stalks (thinly sliced)
- Fish sauce 1½ tablespoons and soy sauce 1½ tablespoons
- Sugar half a tablespoon
- Basil leaves about a handful
Step-by-step preparation
1. Put the Chinese coriander, red chili, coriander seeds, and garlic into a mortar and pound until crushed.
2. Add a little water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the bean sprouts and boil for about 2 minutes. Then scoop them out onto a plate.
3. Drain the water from the pot and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the crushed chili mixture and fry for about 30 seconds. Then add the sliced pork, bell pepper, bean sprouts, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, and stir-fry for about 4 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
4. Once everything is cooked, turn off the heat. Cover with basil leaves and give it one final stir.
Now you have a bowl of Stir-Fried Sliced Pork with Bean Sprouts, full of flavor and aroma.
