Bell peppers contain a well-balanced ratio of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, potassium, fiber, folate, and iron, all of which are good for health, while beef mainly provides the protein needed for muscle growth and development. Not only that, eating beef also helps prevent iron deficiency and anemia.
Today, MyFood Myanmar would like to share with our food-loving readers how to prepare these two healthy foods deliciously.
