Hello everyone! For those who love seafood fried shrimp, this time I want to share a recipe for bacon-wrapped fried shrimp, made by wrapping shrimp with pork bacon and frying them together.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 15 slices bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • A little salt
  • Oil for frying

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Fill a large bowl with cold water and add ice cubes.

2. Remove the shells and heads from the shrimp, then wash them clean.

3. Then soak them in the ice water prepared earlier.

4. Cut each slice of bacon into three pieces.

5. Take the shrimp out of the water and pat them dry. Then sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.

6. Next, wrap each shrimp individually with a piece of bacon. Secure the wrapped bacon with a toothpick so it doesn't come loose. (You'll need to soak about 45 toothpicks in water beforehand)

7. Heat a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the wrapped shrimp and fry until golden brown (about 5 to 8 minutes).

8. Once the shrimp have turned golden brown, remove them and place onto a plate.

Now you have delicious bacon-wrapped fried shrimp ready to enjoy!

You can enjoy it deliciously by dipping it in your favorite sauce.
