For those who love pork dishes, this time I'd like to share a delicious and easy-to-make recipe for pork-stuffed bell pepper curry.
Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 1.5 viss of pork
- 15 oz of any beans of your choice (boiled)
- 15 oz of corn (boiled and kernels removed)
- 2 small bowls of cheese (cut into strips)
- 2 stalks of spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
Step-by-step instructions
1. Boil the pork and then shred the meat finely. If you don't want to boil it, grilling it also works well.
2. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Cut the bell peppers in half through the middle, and remove the seeds and the core.
4. In a large bowl, mix together the pork, boiled beans, boiled corn, and 1 bowl of cheese thoroughly until well combined.
5. Stuff the resulting pork mixture into the bell peppers. Place the peppers on a baking tray. Then cover with foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
6. Once the time is up, remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
7. Once the time is up, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with spring onion and coriander.
Now you have a delicious plate of pork-stuffed bell pepper curry ready to enjoy.
