Hello everyone. This time, I'd like to share the recipe for making grilled pork satay for those who love pork dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 piece of ginger, about 2 inches around (thinly sliced)
  • 1 shallot (thinly sliced) and 8 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chili powder, and a few fresh green chilies

  • 4 tablespoons fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
  • 1 bunch coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 viss of pork

Step-by-step instructions

1. First, you need to prepare the sauce paste.

Put the ginger, shallot, garlic, sugar, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander, fresh green chilies, fish sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and tamarind paste into a blender and blend until it forms a paste.

2. Cut the pork into small pieces about 1.5 inches around.

Put the pork pieces into a large bowl and massage with salt until well combined. Then add the paste prepared earlier and massage until thoroughly mixed.

Next, cover the bowl of pork tightly with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 18 hours.

3. After marinating for the required time, skewer the pork pieces onto skewers, ready for grilling.

4. Next, preheat the grill, then place the pork skewers on the grill. Brush the pork with the paste used during marinating. Grill for about 10 minutes, then flip to the other side and grill for another 10 minutes.

Once all the pork skewers are grilled, you'll have delicious grilled pork satay.

You can enjoy dipping it in your favorite sauce or dip for extra flavor.
