Ingredients
- 6 oz green and red bell peppers (cut into small cubes)

- 4 oz sausages (cut into small pieces)

- 1 bowl of rice
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Step-by-step instructions
1. Heat a pan and add the butter. Add the sausages and garlic, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
2. Add the green and red bell peppers, celery, carrots, mushrooms, and onions, and stir until the onions become soft.
3. Then, add a bit of salt and pepper.
4. Add the rice and ketchup, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
5. Taste to check the seasoning is right, then remove from the heat. Then transfer the fried rice into a bowl.
6. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar, and beat well until evenly combined.
7. Heat a pan and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture and fry it.
8. Place the bowl of fried rice from earlier upside down onto a plate. Then remove the bowl.
9. Then, cover the rice with the fried egg.
