Hello everyone! For those who can't eat or don't like fish curry because of its fishy smell, this time I'd like to share the recipe for crispy fried fish fillets fragrant with the aroma of butter and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- A little salt and ground pepper
- Half a tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 teaspoon of thinly sliced coriander leaves
- 1 pound of any fish of your choice
Step-by-step instructions
1. Remove the skin and bones from the fish. Wash the resulting fish fillet thoroughly with water until clean.
Then pat it dry with a tissue paper. After that, sprinkle salt and ground pepper on both sides of the fish.
2. Heat a pan and add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the fish fillet and fry for about 2 minutes. Then flip it over to the other side and fry for another 2 minutes.
Once the fried fish turns a light brown color, you can take it off the stove.
3. In another pan, add the butter and melt it. Once the butter has melted, add the white wine and lemon juice. Add a little salt and simmer until it comes to a boil.
4. Once the sauce comes to a boil, pour it over the fish fillet from earlier. Then sprinkle a little coriander on top.
And there you have it - a butter lemon fish fillet full of wonderful aroma and flavor.
