For those who love fried chicken, let's try out a new and unique flavor. This time, we're sharing how to make Korean-style Sweet & Spicy Chicken.

Cut 350 grams of boneless chicken thigh into pieces about one inch in size.

After cutting the chicken, put it in a bowl and add a little salt, a little ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, and a little chili powder, then mix well. After mixing, marinate for about 30 minutes.

To make the sauce, in another bowl add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of paprika powder, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of ketchup, 3 tablespoons of chili oil, and 3 tablespoons of sugar syrup, then mix well.

In another bowl, add 20 grams of wheat flour, 20 grams of corn flour, a little salt, 60 grams of rice flour, and 100 milliliters of water, then mix well. Once mixed, add the marinated chicken and mix together.

After mixing, fry the chicken pieces one by one in an oil pot. Once fried, remove and set aside.

In a pan, add the sauce mixture made earlier, and once it starts to boil, add the fried chicken and stir. Also add one piece of sliced green chili. Add crushed peanuts and stir as well. If you don't like peanuts, you can skip them.

Once well mixed, transfer it to a plate and it's ready to serve. Now you've got yourself a delicious Korean-style Sweet & Spicy Chicken.
