Hello everyone! This time, for those who love seafood, I'd like to share a recipe for seafood fried oysters.

Ingredients

  • Oysters - 150 grams
  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • Sanwin (rice wine) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper and salt - a little
  • Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons

  • Spring onions - 2 stalks (thinly sliced)
  • Red chili peppers (thinly sliced)
  • Oil for frying

Step-by-step instructions

1. Wash the oysters in cold water and remove any sand stuck to the shells and inside the flesh.

2. Put the wheat flour into a plastic bag. Put the oysters into the bag and shake it well.

3. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the sanwin, ground black pepper, and salt, and mix well. Add the thinly sliced spring onions and mix well again. Then dip the flour-coated oysters into the egg mixture.

4. Heat a pot and add oil. When the oil is hot, gently scoop up the oysters with a spoon and fry them in the hot oil. Place the thinly sliced chili on top of the oysters and fry for about 2 minutes. Then flip to the other side and fry for another 2 minutes.

5. Place the fried oysters onto a plate.

Once everything is fried, you'll have delicious seafood fried oysters. You can enjoy them dipped in your favorite sauce.
