Ingredients needed
- 8 dumplings

- 200 grams of any other mushroom variety of your choice (cut into medium-sized pieces)
- 20 grams spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 40 grams onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 2 green chili peppers
Ingredients needed to make the hot pot sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 2 tablespoons rice wine and 1 tablespoon soybean sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- Ground black pepper and a pinch of salt
Step-by-step instructions
1. First, put the kimchi and onion into a large pot. Then, on top of the kimchi and onion, add the tofu, enoki mushrooms, other mushrooms, spring onion, chili peppers, and vegetable broth. After that, add the dumplings.
2. In a small bowl, combine the chili paste, rice wine, soybean sauce, fish sauce, garlic, salt, and black pepper, and mix well until evenly blended.
3. Once the broth comes to a rolling boil, pour in the sauce mixture you prepared earlier.
4. After letting it simmer for about one to two minutes, taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Once all these steps are complete, you'll have a delicious and spicy boiled dumpling Korean hot pot ready to enjoy.
