Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to introduce a dish where grilled pork and fried tofu are mixed together and tossed into a deliciously seasoned salad.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork (with a good amount of fat)
- 6 oz tofu (cut into small square pieces)
- 12 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 chili peppers
- 1 shallot (thinly sliced)
- 3 stalks spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- A little ground pepper
Step-by-step instructions
1. Before slicing the pork, grill it whole in a non-stick pan or on a grill.
After grilling both sides of the pork until browned, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat a pan, add a little oil, and fry the tofu pieces until they turn golden.
3. In a bowl, combine vinegar, chili peppers, shallot, sugar, soy sauce, and ground pepper, and mix well.
4. In a large bowl, add the grilled pork and tofu. Then pour in the vinegar mixture prepared earlier and mix thoroughly.
Taste for sweetness and saltiness, and add more soy sauce if needed.
Once all these steps are complete, you'll have a bowl of grilled pork with fried tofu salad ready.
Just before serving, sprinkle some chopped spring onion on top.
