- Clear soy sauce – 4 spoons (tablespoons)

Method
First, wash the chicken wings thoroughly until clean, make a few light slashes with a knife, and set them aside.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Combine the onion powder, chili powder, basil powder, and all the other ingredients together, then add the chicken wings and mix well until evenly coated. Put the mixture into a plastic bag, seal it airtight, and leave it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. It will then be ready to grill.

You can grill the chicken wings one by one by skewering them with a stick, or by placing them on a grill grate over the stove — whichever method is more convenient for you.
