This dish, mixed with garlic butter sauce, is not only easy to make and delicious, but can also be paired with whatever you like.

Ingredients

  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic, 6 cloves, crushed
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Oil or olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Beef 1 pound (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • Cilantro, a small amount
  • Zucchini Noodles 4 cups

Step-by-step Instructions

In a small pot, melt the butter and fry the garlic over medium heat until golden brown. Mix in the garlic powder and soy sauce. Adjust the taste as needed. Then set it aside.

Heat oil in a large pot and sear the steak. Sear each side of the steak for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Just before the steak is done, pour about two-thirds of the garlic butter sauce over it in the pan. Continue cooking and stir until the sauce is evenly absorbed. Transfer the steak from the pot to a plate.

Add the zucchini noodles and the remaining garlic butter sauce. Stir until the noodles are fully cooked. Add salt to taste as needed. Now you can enjoy a fragrant, flavorful serving of garlic butter steak bites.
