Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share a recipe for Sea Bass with Tomato Sauce that will make sea bass lovers' mouths water.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb sea bass (cut into large pieces)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon plus 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 4 tablespoons white wine
- 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- A little coriander leaves
- A little salt and black pepper powder
Step-by-step method
1. Rub both sides of the sea bass fillets with salt and chili powder.
2. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the fish pieces and fry for about 4 to 7 minutes. Then flip to the other side and continue frying for another 4 to 7 minutes.
3. Then, pour off the excess oil from the pan. After that, remove the pan from the stove.
4. Next, you'll need to make the tomato sauce in another pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Then add the tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Once the tomatoes have softened, add the wine and continue simmering for about 3 minutes.
5. Then, add the garlic, coriander, chili powder, salt, and black pepper powder, and stir well until evenly combined. Then, let it simmer for about 2 minutes until it starts to boil.
6. Pour the prepared tomato sauce over the fried fish. Warm the fish pan over low heat for a few minutes until it becomes nicely warm.
Now you have a delicious Sea Bass with Tomato Sauce ready to enjoy.
