Here's a way to share a method of stir-frying tofu and eggs together, Chinese-style, to make them taste delicious. This kind of dish stands out from the usual flavors we eat, giving you a bowl of really tasty food.
First, cut one large shallot into small pieces.
Cut two mushrooms.
Also cut small shallots into small pieces, about a handful's worth.
Cut 300 grams of tofu into thick, large pieces.
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
In an empty bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, half a tablespoon chili paste, 1 teaspoon sugar, a little chili powder, and 150 ml water, then stir well.
In another new bowl, add half a tablespoon of cornstarch and 150 ml water, then stir well.
Add oil into a pan and first fry the cut tofu pieces. Once fried, remove them and set aside. There's no need to drain excess oil. It's ready once the color changes.
Add more oil into the pan and fry the beaten eggs. Stir and fry the eggs in the pan. Once done, remove them and set aside.
Add a little oil into the pan and stir in the cut large shallots.
Add 80 grams of minced pork and 1 tablespoon of pounded garlic, then stir-fry.
Once the pork is cooked through, pour in the mixed sauce ingredients from the empty bowl containing the fried tofu, mushrooms, and other ingredients.
Once it starts to boil, add the fried eggs and pour in the cornstarch-water mixture. Stir well and add a little more water. Stir again until it thickens, then add the cut small shallots and stir.
After stirring for a moment, scoop it into a plate and enjoy it deliciously with plain white rice.
