Step-by-Step Instructions
1. To make the sauce, mix together the chili oil, garlic, ginger, spring onion, fish sauce, and water until well combined.
2. In a dry pot, add the cashew nuts and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then transfer them to a bowl.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a wok. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes. Then transfer it to a plate.
