For those who love hot dogs, here's a recipe for Cheese Potato Hot Dog that doesn't require flour, so you can easily make it yourself at home. If you also like Korean food, you should try making this too.

Potatoes - Cut 550 grams into large chunks and boil them.

Cut the Mozzarella Cheese into pieces as shown in the picture.

Cut the sausage in half.

Using a hot dog stick (or a small skewer), pierce through the cut sausage and Mozzarella Cheese.

Put the boiled potatoes into a bowl, add 1½ tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese Powder, a little salt, and a little pepper powder, then mash until smooth.

Once mashed and kneaded smooth, take a generous portion as shown in the picture and roll it into a ball with your hands. Then flatten it, insert the skewer you pierced earlier into the potato, and shape it with your hands.

Put flour into a flat plate, and beat eggs in another plate. In another bowl, put Bread Crumbs.

Roll what you've prepared in the flour plate, then coat it with the beaten egg mixture. After that, coat it in the bowl with the Bread Crumbs.

Finally, put it into a pot of oil and fry it, and it's ready.

Once fried, take it out and you can eat it with your favorite sauce. And there you have it - a Cheese Potato Hot Dog loaded with cheese that will be gooey, stretchy, and delicious.
