Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share how to prepare a beef patty cheeseburger.
Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons of butter
- 4 burger buns
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 lb beef (finely minced)
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 4 slices of American cheese
- A little lettuce (optional)
Step-by-step instructions
1. Cut the burger buns in half, then spread butter on them.
2. Then, heat a pan and toast the buns.
3. Heat a pan and add about 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter melts, add the sliced onions and fry until they turn golden brown. Then transfer them to a plate.
4. Next, shape the minced beef into about 4 patties.
5. In the same pan used for frying the onions earlier, arrange the beef patties in a row. Add salt and pepper, and fry for about 6 minutes. Then flip to the other side and fry for another 6 minutes.
6. Next, place the American cheese slices on top of the beef patties and heat until melted.
7. Then, spread another 2 tablespoons of butter on the buns. If using lettuce, place a lettuce leaf on the bun. Then place the cheese-topped patty on top. Add about a quarter of the fried onions on top of the cheese, then cover with the other half of the bun.
And now you have a delicious beef patty cheeseburger!
