Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits (10 biscuits)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 slices bacon, sliced
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 5 oz cheddar cheese, sliced
1 egg - A little sesame seeds
- Pickles, thinly sliced
Preheat a large pan over the stove and cook the ground beef, bacon, and onion at 375°F. Mix in salt and pepper. Remove excess fat. Add cheddar cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir over low heat until the cream cheese melts.
Roll out the Pillsbury Biscuits into thin rounds. Add 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and 1 piece of cheddar cheese. Fold the edges tightly to seal in the beef and cheese completely.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Brush the tops with egg wash.
Place in the oven and bake at 350°F. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
