If you're on a diet but still crave cheesecake, and you're afraid of gaining weight, you can eat this little treat. Yogurt cheesecake is similar to regular cheesecake, but since it doesn't contain Cream Cheese, it has fewer calories and less fat than regular cheesecake.
Ingredients
- Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt 1 2/3 cups (400 grams)
- Condensed milk 3/4 cup (177ml/228 g)
- Cornstarch 4 tablespoons (32 grams)
Step-by-step instructions
Spray the inside of a 6-inch cake pan with cooking oil. Line the bottom and both sides with parchment paper.
Mix the yogurt and condensed milk thoroughly in a large bowl until well combined. Add the cornstarch. Whisk until there are no flour lumps left.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the cake has risen.
Let the cake cool at room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour before eating. Refrigerating the cake helps enhance its flavor and aroma.
