Hello everyone. For those who don't have the patience to cook beef stew for a long time until it becomes tender, this time I'd like to share a beef stir-fry recipe that can be finished cooking in about 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon finely sliced ginger
- 1 apple (or pear), thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 stalks spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Step-by-step instructions
1. Heat a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and thinly sliced beef, and stir-fry until the beef is cooked.
2. Next, add the ginger and garlic, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
3. Then add the apple, sugar, and fish sauce, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
4. Once the sauce has thickened, add the sesame oil. Sprinkle in the spring onion and sesame seeds.
And there you have it, a beef stir-fry full of aroma and flavor.
