- A little salt and ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 8 tablespoons ketchup and 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
Step-by-step instructions

2. Put the finely minced (or ground using a meat grinder) pork into a large bowl. Then add the egg, breadcrumbs, coriander, spring onion, 1 clove of garlic (crushed and then thinly sliced), salt, and ground pepper, and mix well until evenly combined.
3. Then, take small portions of the pork mixture and roll them into balls. Place them on the baking tray.
4. Once done, bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
5. While the pork balls are baking, prepare the honey sauce.
Heat a small saucepan, add the butter, and melt it. Then add 3 cloves of thinly sliced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Add the ketchup, honey, and soy sauce, and stir continuously for about 1 minute. (If you want it spicy, add a little chili powder.)
