If you're tired of cooking prawns the same old way, here's a little change you can try. We're sharing a method for frying sweet and sour prawns deliciously.
To start cooking, add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil into the pot, then add 1 tablespoon of roughly chopped garlic and stir.
Add about 15 pieces of large cleaned prawns and fry them.
Add a small amount of sliced shallots and a small amount of sliced bell pepper and fry.
After a moment, slice one small cucumber into rounds and add it in to fry.
For the tomatoes, if you have small cherry tomatoes, use about 10 of them. If not, just slice regular tomatoes and add them.
Add a little bit of water and stir for about 2 minutes.
Add sliced pineapple - about one small bowl's worth - and fry.
Add 1 tablespoon of clear fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of chili powder, then stir-fry evenly until well combined.
Once everything is softened, scoop it into a plate and you can enjoy it. And there you have it - your sweet and sour fried prawns are ready.
