  • 1 block Japanese tofu
  • A little coriander
  • 150 grams minced pork
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce

Method

1. Mix the minced pork with 1 teaspoon light soy sauce and half a teaspoon of ground white pepper, kneading well until combined. Then shape the pork into small balls.

2. Heat a pot and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and fry for about 30 seconds.

3. Next, pour the chicken stock (or) pork stock (or) vegetable stock into the pot and bring it to a boil.

4. Once it's boiling, add the pork balls, shallot, cabbage bundle, and carrot, and simmer until tender.

5. Then add the glass noodles and stir well.

6. Next, add the fish sauce, sugar, and ground white pepper.

7. After that, add the Japanese tofu and stir well. Taste to check if the seasoning is right, then remove from heat.

Then pour into individual bowls, add a little coriander, and enjoy while delicious.
