Hello everyone! This time, the recipe I'd like to share is a mushroom and chicken dish stir-fried together with other vegetables. Here's how to prepare it.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 1 1/2 small bowls of mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 2 bowls of green broccoli (cut into medium-sized pieces)
  • 1 bowl of thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 bowl of snow peas

  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 8 oz bean sprouts (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons oil and a pinch of sesame seeds

Sauce for marinating the chicken

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cooking wine
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Sauce needed for stir-frying

  • 24 tablespoons chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • A pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Step-by-step instructions

1. Put the chicken pieces into a bowl, then add soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, and sugar, and mix well.

2. In a separate mixing cup, combine all the sauce ingredients needed for stir-frying and mix well.

3. Heat a wok/pot and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and fry for about 3 minutes. Then flip it over and fry for another 2 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked through, transfer it to a plate.

4. Next, add the mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, and onion into the pot and stir-fry well for about 2 minutes. Then add the snow peas and cook for another minute.

5. As the next step, put the fried chicken back into the pot. Then add the bean sprouts and stir-fry.

6. Then, pour the prepared stir-fry sauce into the pot. Stir-fry well for about 1 to 2 minutes.

After tasting and adjusting the seasoning to your liking, your delicious mushroom and chicken stir-fry dish is ready to enjoy.
