Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share the recipe for a vegetable omelette pancake made with a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 8 tablespoons chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
- 1 bowl of wheat flour
- 1 bowl of thinly sliced cabbage
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced into strips
- 2 shiitake mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 3 stalks spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Step-by-step instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, fish sauce, and chicken stock thoroughly until well combined.
Then add the wheat flour and mix until it is completely blended in.
2. Add the cabbage, carrot, mushroom, and spring onion into the egg-flour mixture and stir well until combined.
3. Heat a pan and add the vegetable oil and sesame oil. Once the oil is hot, pour in some of the egg-flour mixture. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Once the time is up, flip it over to the other side and let it cook uncovered for about 2 minutes.
5. Transfer the finished omelette pancake onto a plate and drizzle with a little sauce.
Fry the remaining egg-flour mixture in the same way.
Once all are fried, you'll have a delicious vegetable omelette pancake ready to enjoy.
