Hello everyone! This time, for those who love Korean food, I'd like to share how to make Korean seaweed rice rolls.
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- A little salt
- 3 eggs
- A little vegetable oil
- 6 slices of ham (cut into thin, long strips)
- 1 carrot (sliced thinly lengthwise into strips)
- 3 Korean fish sausages (cut into thin, long strips)
- A little sesame oil
- 3 bowls of cooked rice
- 3 imitation crab sticks (cut into thin strips lengthwise)
(You can also add other ingredients of your choice)
Step-by-step instructions
1. Cut the cucumbers into long, thin strips. Place them in a plate and rub with salt.
2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a little salt. Heat a pan and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, pour in the eggs and fry.
3. Cut the resulting fried egg into strips the same size as the cucumber.
4. After washing the cucumber, wipe it dry with a clean cloth.
Then place it in the pan with a little oil and fry for about 1 minute. Then transfer it onto a plate.
5. Fry the ham slices with a little oil for about 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Also add the carrots to the hot oil with a little salt and fry for about 1 to 2 minutes.
7. Also fry the fish sausages for about 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Put the rice in a large bowl. Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon of salt, then mix well until evenly combined.
9. Next, place one sheet of seaweed on the bamboo mat you will use for rolling the rice. Take about one spoonful of rice using a spoon and press it to cover about 3/4 of the seaweed sheet.
10. Then, in the middle of the rice, place one strip each of cucumber, egg, ham, fish sausage, and crab stick. Add a little bit of carrot.
11. Then gently roll up the rice roll.
To cut the finished rice roll, first coat the knife with sesame oil. Then slice it evenly.
And there you have it — a delicious seaweed rice roll!
