During menstruation, you may experience rapid mood swings, mental fatigue, and muscle aches and pains. To relieve this pain, fruits and vegetables are the best natural remedy.
If you make and drink the juices described below using fruits and vegetables, they will help relieve the pain caused by your period.
Apple Juice
To make apple juice, you'll need 2 stalks of Chinese celery, half an apple, 1 piece of ginger about half an inch in size, a handful of coriander leaves, and half a lime.
Peel the ginger and slice it thinly. Cut the apple and Chinese celery into medium-sized pieces. Then put the apple, Chinese celery, ginger, and coriander leaves into a juicer and blend well. Then pour it into a glass and squeeze in some lime juice. Now you have a glass of fruit juice rich in minerals.
Pineapple and Carrot Juice
Cut 1 or 2 bowls of pineapple and 2 carrots into medium-sized pieces, then put them into a juicer and blend well.
Pour the resulting juice into a glass. You can drink this juice as it is, or you can add a few ice cubes and drink it that way too.
Carrot and Apple Juice
You'll need 3 carrots, 1 apple, 1 lime, 1 piece of ginger about an inch in diameter, 1 bowl of coriander leaves, and 16 tablespoons of coconut water.
Peel the carrots and apple, then cut them into medium-sized pieces. Then put them into a juicer. Peel the ginger and put it into the juicer as well. Add the coriander leaves and coconut water, and blend well.
Since this juice is rich in potassium, it helps prevent the rapid mood swings that often occur during menstruation and improves your emotional well-being.
